Well, holidays suck for working out. LOL

As the title states, holidays suck for working out. =) Yeah... really didn't do any working out from the 23rd to 29th. I did slave over the oven making bread and cookies on the 23rd and the 26th I went to Wal-mart with Charles. I know I know, shopping doesn't sound like exercise, but when you are walking around with your 15lbs son in a harness on your chest for 3 hours, it is a work out. =)

But I did have a great work out tonight. Believe it or not, I actually lost .4 lbs. Didn't really work out for a week and still lost a little bit. Wonder how much I would lose if I actually worked out for a week straight? Still have 1.8lbs to go to meet my goal on Wii Fit. Then will set a new goal. Almost back to my pre-pregnancy weight.

Here is my workout stats for the Wednesday (12-30-09):

  • Weight lost since last time: .4 lbs
  • BMI: 46.18
  • Workout time: 1 hour

Now, I just need to work out every day. 30 minutes to an hour, and drink 8 glasses of water too. I don't drink enough water and trying to work on that as well. I'll let you know how that is going in a few days. =)

Well, off to bed, if Charles will let me sleep. My night to watch him since my husband has to work early in the morning. Night all!
