Working out...

Well, I've been working out using the Wii. It's rather fun. =) I'm using the Wii Fit and Gold Gyms' Cardio Workout for the Wii. The Gold Gyms' workout is boxing. You really feel it in your arms! I think I'll be keeping a record of my progress on here. I won't list my weight, but if you know anything about the BMI, you might have an idea on my weight. What is BMI? Look it up. =) I don't know how it works to begin with. I just know my BMI is too high. Apparently from what the Wii Fit game says, a healthy BMI is in the 20's (22 prefered). Could have miss understood though. Not a doctor, so don't take my word for it.Here is my workout stats for the Sunday (12-20-09):

  • Weight lost since last time: 2 lbs
  • BMI: 45.97
  • Workout time: 30 mins

Here are my workout stats for today (12-22-09):

  • Weight lost since last time: GAINED 1 lbs (note, I'm blaming mother nature on this one, if you don't understand why I say this, then don't ask)
  • BMI: 46.27
  • Workout time: 58 mins

I didn't workout yesterday because I went grocery shopping. Why you ask? Well, I don't have a car, so I bought a cart to carry my groceries home in. I live like 7 blocks I think from the grocery store. It's not too bad coming home since I live down the hill. Thing is, there is about 3 inches of snow on the ground and it is a bitch to pull the cart through the snow. That is a workout in it's self. Granted not as intense as working out on the Wii, but good enough. =)Well, I really need to do some dishes and start supper. I'll post again in two days. Lets hope the weight continues to go down. I need to lose 2.6 more lbs to reach my current goal on the Wii Fit.
